Are they good enough to use on a printer? Would they cause damages or anything that may harm the machine? So you can’t just simply say that you only want to save that’s why you switched.

What you really need is a good retailer that offers replacement and warranties for their products such that they failed to provide what the user has paid for. Basically they are also reliable and can perform nearly as good as an OEM/branded consumable. Additionally, don’t believe on such rumors that it can void your printer’s warranty, those came from their haters. You just have to accept the deal that there’s this trade-off between quality and cost. The bottom line here is that you can choose remanufactured cartridges over high-priced OEMs.
