inside the printer, in input areas such as the trays, in the output area and in
the paper path. This problem is usually caused when either the input trays are
loaded improperly or when the trays are opened during a print job. Paper jams
can also occur when there are too many sheets accumulated in the output area or
sheets blocked the output area. And as according to HP Solutions, it may also
be caused by using any print media that does not meet with the HP specifications
or when the environment in which the print media was stored is too humid or too
dry.
