Different hospitals world wide normally does treating wounds of their patients, curing diseases, perform surgeries such as organ replacement, and more, but what about printing different body parts? Sounds weird right? You can ask surgeon Anthony Atala, one of the people behind this great innovation in health care.

Back in March 2011 at Long Beach California, USA, Anthony Atala and other members on their group, introduce this new kind of technology that can be used for treating wounds and replacing different body parts using an inkjet printer. But instead of using OEM's like HP Q6470A toner or remanufactured inkjet cartridges, they use cells and other living organisms to treat patients.

This printer functions like a combination of 3D and inkjet printer that scans the patient before curing their wounds externally, but treating the internal part makes them use CT scan to create a 3D object that will enable them to print it out. Printing can take hours but it can help save many lives, such as printing kidney that could take 7 hours in printing but it can help people to survive (printed kidney structures are early prototypes that are being studied experimentally and are years away from functional and clinical use").

In testing this technology makes Luke M. a college student survive death. He suffers in kidney failure but luckily he is the one of ten people choosed to undergo a serious operation using this kind of technology from Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine. Now, his good health condition is back and do whatever he wants to do.

Here is the video from TED about the printer that can save more lives in the future.

For more information about this video you can visit TED.com, but if you want to received discounts in printing supplies you can visit TonerBoss Coupons.

Different employees and businesspersons in printing industry have their own guess and proper data on what is going to be the future of the printing business. So, what is the future of the printing industry? Is it uprising or is it going down? Lets analyze it a little bit deep to have a better speculations on what it would be in the near future.

According to the report which is released by PC World, their predictions on what can we expect in the future of printers most specially this year (2012) are going to be more cloudy. Wait did you mean cloudy? Yes, Experts in printing industry expect that printing over the cloud technology and wireless using a mobile phone to a local device already have their growth this year and continuously counting.

Back in the year 2011, where mobile workforce increasing and lots of people with mobile technology gain access to a new kind of printing process called mobile printing technology guess that printing would not last. Why? because in the same year new technologies arise that enables you to read even without printing hard copies like the iPad and more that can help you save more money.

So it means to say that it is really the end of printing?

If you are going to ask me and some of the experts in printing industry, we are going to answer "No". Printing will stay with us, it is a part of our culture like reading books, printing receipts, printing documents, resumes and more. I think this year is going to be great for printing industry. Because these days a new kind of technology coming from huge companies like HP, Apple, Lexmark (seller of good quality Lexmark laser toner cartridges), Google and more, Cloud technology was inserted on the operating systems of printers such as Canon, Kodak and Epson, and call it Cloud Ready Printers. These technologies are still making some bug fix and updating its systems.

Also let us keep an eye on 3D printing technology, it getting more cheaper these days and soon small businesses can afford to buy and help sustain the printing industry.

This would be the first year since eMarketer started taking their time tally back in the year 2008, where adults spent most of their time in mobile technology than on prints.

But, we still do not know how much time of these adults spent on mobile devices reading magazines and newspapers over the internet.

For mobile advertisers, this is a great news for them. Having a longer average of time means a higher possibility that they are going to be seen by vast variety of consumers. Mobile advertising is expected to continue its growth by 2015 sharing Billion dollar to the market.

How about printing? does printing industry will continue to grow? Accoring to the marketresearch.com:

"Despite the ubiquity of digital content, the centuries old printing business is still with us; reports of its demise have been premature. The printing industry went through a digital revolution of its own in the 1990s, and digital techniques have been rapidly replacing traditional offset presses ever since. The new technologies have allowed it to evolve capabilities geared toward more customization, better document management, and environmentally conscious materials and methods."

"The printing category covers the technologies enabling the new and traditional printing industry and the evolution of the printing service sector. The reports cover new concepts such as Web to Print as well as individual printing sectors such as periodical manufacturing, marketing and advertising printing, and books."

So, let us hope that printing industry continues to grow and provide more opportunity to all of us.

Laser toner with nanoparticles is the new invention in printing technology made by the Xerox researchers that receives "Award for Team Innovation" from the American Chemical Society. The research group was presented with the award back in March 2011 for this new kind of innovation that they produced.

The Emulsion Aggregation (EA) toner is the new invention that they generated, it is a fine ink powder that looks like a typical toner used in laser printers. So what makes the EA more special compare to a regular toner?

This newly released innovation can produced higher quality and more sharper color, it cuts the use of electricity by 30%, reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide and it lessen the cost of laser printing to help you save money.

Xerox is aiming to help every businesses and other customers to improve their printing experience and at the same time reduce their bills.

So, how exactly they made this new breakthrough and printing process?

Traditionally the process of toner printing involves the melting of polymer with pigment in it, to make it solidify, then grinding down to a powder. But Xerox found out that using much smaller size of particle (nanoparticle) will use less ink per page. But the problem is grinding the powder into smaller pieces will require more energy to eliminate the advantage of the smaller particles.

Eventually they figured out, Instead of using a machine to break down the material into powder, they (the researchers) thought about reversing the process by making a powder through the use of nanoparticle and a chemical process.

But if you want quality toner cartridges at a price that you can afford you can buy remanufactured Dell toner cartridges online.

Large or small companies that printing has become a part of daily task cost them thousands of dollar just to keep their machine from printing. These days there are lots of alternatives that can help different companies and avoid burning out money. One of great examples that we have is buying remanufactured ink cartridges that can also produce same quality outputs.

Remanufactured cartridges quality varies on its supplier. I preferred that before buying their products, make sure that they have money back guarantee in-case you did not like their cartridge.
